valancy_janeThe house is almost finished, and we're slowly getting back into our routines. Routines should be boring, but truth is I love my routines: I love knowing that laundry will be done, dinner will be made, the bathrooms will be clean, and I will get plenty of exercise and time to write. I've even started, to my everlasting geek credit, a happiness/resolutions chart to help me improve my little routines and also get in the habit of doing nice things more often. (Hardest item? Falling asleep in time to get 8 hours. Insomnia has kicked in again.)
There's just the baseboards, some filling of holes, and painting of doors left. Almost home.
