Wait, hepatitis?

 I've been getting caught up on vaccines over the past year. In a classic case of Mom neglect, I made sure everyone else got their vaccines while I neglected mine. I hadn't quite realized the extent of how far behind I was: meningitis, hepatitis, chicken pox, the latest flu/COVID, HPV, updated MMR (I'm so old mine is considered "not good enough," especially with my other issues), pneumonia. I think I might still need an updated rabies and/or tetanus shot? I'm not sure. I need to check in again with my doctor.

Anyhow, Sunday I got my second hepatitis shot of three. I felt a little silly getting it, even though I'm firmly in the Overprepare Camp, since I can't imagine how I would be exposed. 

Anyhow, in today's meeting, our lovely head of programming said she couldn't stay long. We asked why, casually. 

Her husband's in the hospital with hepatitis.
